Yesterday the GMC decided against striking gynaecologist, Dr Tapash Saha from their register, deciding instead to suspend his license for a period of eight months.
'Doctor' Saha is currently serving nine months in prison for sexual assault. He will be on the sex offenders register for five years.
Apparently the MC found no evidence that he was a threat to patients.
Oh really? Let's see one of you let him give your wife/girlfriend/daughter an internal examination.
He's already done a runner from the area he commited his crime up to Dundee. Where's he going to have to go next? Will the women there feel safe being examined by him?
